A person convicted of leading a criminal organization Ilias Casidiaris it looks like he is looking for a way to get through in the elections on June 25, after the exclusion of the “Hellenes” party from the Areopagus in the elections on May 21.
Specifically, Ilias Kasidiaris states in his Twitter post that it will be “independent candidate for the Athens parliament from a coalition of independent candidates called HELLENES“, arguing that “my candidacy will be based on the provisions of the electoral law and on the opinion of Alivisatos.”
Message from Ilias Kasidiaris:
In the June 25 elections, I will be an independent candidate for Athens for the first MP from a coalition of independent candidates called HELLENES. The announcement of my candidacy will be based on the provisions of the electoral law and on the opinion of Alivisatos: “If Kasidiaris and…

“In the elections on June 25, I will be an independent candidate for the Athens parliament from a coalition of independent candidates called HELLENES. The announcement of my candidacy will be based on the provisions of the electoral law and on the opinion of Alivisatos: “If Kasidiaris and his friends act as a “coalition of independents” and not as a party and get more than 3% of the vote (something very likely now), passers-by will be able to enter to parliament. This is expressly determined by paragraph 1 of Article 99 of the Electoral Law (p.d. 26/2012).”
The Coalition of Independent Candidates is not a party, as it does not have a state vote and is not eligible for state funding, so is not limited by the unconstitutional Mitsotakis amendments. The votes received by the coalition in the constituency are summed up by territory, as in the case of party coalitions, hence the confidence of Alivisatos that we will collect more than 3% of the votes and get into parliament close.
In the first election, I did not support any party, because, as Schertsos clearly stated: “Whoever gets the support of Casidiari in the first election will be cut off by the Areopagus in the second.” For this reason, I stood aside and recommended the vote of conscience.
But I predicted that on the day that the system eliminates the Greek National Party, some non-existent party will magically appear on the electoral roll to push our voters towards them. Since I am fully confirmed, I want to ask two direct questions:
Who paid for the very expensive advertising of the Victory Party on the Internet and in the prime time zone of the mega channel?
Why did Velopoulos vote for a 50-seat bonus law that sees his party lose seats to New Democracy?
Mitsotakis ardently desires a controlled so-called “opposition” to his right, with wax ointments and other absolutely directed parts, in order to complete his ethno-nihilationist plans (demographic change of Hellenism, distribution of national wealth, Prespa of the Aegean).
We are at the most critical turning point in this great political battle that will affect the future of the Greek people. Despite the absolute war we accept, despite the unprecedented and illegal methods, I firmly believe that at the end of the day the GREEKS will prevail.”
