And in the municipality of Egaleo, ND increased its percentage to 34.64% from 29.35% in 2019. On the contrary, SYRIZA, which in 2019 reached almost 40% in the region (in particular, 39.91%), lost almost 17 percentage points in this election, recording a figure of 23.23%. KKE also strengthened in Egaleo, reaching a share of 11.34% compared to 8.32% in 2019, as well as PASOK, which from 6.08% in 2019 reached 8.57%. Freedom Sailing also strengthened proportionally, rising from 1.81% in 2019 to 4.03% in this election.

Total defeat in the municipality of Ilio for SYRIZA, which lost almost 17 points compared to 2019, falling to 23.46% from 40.11%. Some 5,000 people who had voted for the official opposition party in the previous election chose to cast their vote elsewhere. In the municipality of Peristeri, one of the largest municipalities in the country, with 112,163 registered voters, turnout also increased to 66.15% compared to the overall average of 60.92%.
