The big surprises of yesterday’s pre-election struggle are undoubtedly both the party of former Parliament Speaker Zoe Constantinopoulou, Sailing freedomas well as the recent victory party theologian Dimitris Natsiouwho tried to claim part of the voters for N.D. even the extreme right, especially after the expulsion of the Casidiaris party. Having made both parties an impressive run in the last stretch of the pre-election period, they managed to record 81.1% of the territory’s results yesterday at 22:24, with a percentage of just under three percentage points. that their consolidation would mean their entry into parliament, even if now it would be quite short.

Whether they achieve parliamentary representation for the time being or not, it is considered certain that with the momentum they have shown, they will try to make their presence even more tangible in the upcoming new and tough pre-election period, aiming for the next one. elections that will be held under a system of enhanced proportionality in order to have representation in the new, now permanent, national delegation.

Of additional interest, in terms of this particular development, are the first assessments of the role played by small parties at the two ends of the political system: while many expected that the right-wing parties of N.D. schemes would be spending on Mr. Mitsotakis, it turned out that the problems were intense, finally, in the left apartment building.
