The lowest percentages were obtained in the districts of Rhodope (24.82%), First Thessaloniki (34.23%), Achaia (34.72%), Western Sector of Athens (34.86%) and Xanthi (35.14%).

On the contrary, the worst image was in Piraeus (5.97%), Athens (6.71%), Western Attica (7.22%), Northern Sector of Athens (7.36%) and Piraeus (7.38%).
