
At the British enthronement ceremony King Charles III which took place today in London, Greece was represented by the President of the Republic, Katerina Sakellaropoulou.
Immediately after the ceremony, he said: “I want to congratulate King Charles and Queen Camilla on their enthronement on behalf of the Greek people and personally and wish them a long and successful career. I am confident that King Charles will continue the legacy of his late mother, Queen Elizabeth, while maintaining an undying interest in meeting the challenges of our time. Knowing his love for Greece, I am convinced that he will make a decisive contribution to the further strengthening of our bilateral relations.”
