“Oath of Honor and Responsibility to the People”, described yesterday Nikos Androulakis 12 priority blocks of the party program, on the basis of which, as he stressed, “we are creating a new social alliance for change.” The sections deal with measures and actions for:

1. A modern state with transparency, meritocracy, accountability and decentralization, using “Transparency”, with evaluation, with recruitment only through ASEP.

2. A state that effectively protects human rights.

3. Work by the rules and with dignity, with a nationwide collective bargaining agreement, a three-year unfreeze, the implementation of industry agreements, a new payroll in the state.

4. Regeneration of the National Health System with increased funding to the European average, a strong primary health care system, strengthening the public character of the NHS, permanent recruitment, free medicines for vulnerable populations.

5. Investing in public education with remedial learning, harnessing digital opportunities, supporting full-time kindergarten and elementary school, advanced training, national baccalaureate for university entrance.

6. Decent pensions with the new ECAS for 350,000 poor pensioners, abolishing interpersonal differences.

7. First home protection with updated criteria, 120 tax and fund debt installments, 30% haircut for successive, CHF qualified loan decision, with 1/3 of the course risk assumed by the borrower and others banks.

8. Tackling demographics and empowering the next generation with a pool of 150,000 homes to be provided to young people at low rents, subsidizing employer contributions to hire 50,000 young unemployed.

9. Fair tax system with tax cuts on labor, VAT cuts on basic foodstuffs, retail price ceiling on energy.

10. Development in Greece with a national strategic development plan, financing of small and medium investments, restoration of national control of the super fund.
