Ankara expressed condolences in connection with the collision of trains in Tempi.
“We are sad to learn that many people died and were injured in a train accident that occurred last night in our neighbor Greece,” the Turkish Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
“We express our condolences to the relatives of those killed in this tragic accident, the Greek people and the Greek government, and wish a speedy recovery to those injured,” the message says.
