“As a rule, a child should receive help from the first day of life. Bureaucracy makes the first benefit payment in the next month after birth or two months later, or even later. In addition, the needs of a family with a newborn are immediate and significant, and the state must respect the rights of everyone, including those who have just been born,” USR Senator Anka Dragu notes.

The idea of ​​”Distribution from the first day” belongs to the member of the USR from Dolzh, Andrii Petr, who initiated a petition and collected citizens’ signatures at the beginning of the year. “The initiative puts people in front of the bureaucracy, because it is absurd to ask parents to stand with an outstretched hand with a pile of papers, so that they do not lose their due money on these days,” the initiators claim.
