Theory: Broken relationship

Yesterday I told you about the relationship between Androulakis and Kylie and how it can lead to divorce. Relations between the central administration and Andreas Loverdos are even worse. Characteristically, the former minister was re-elected to the position of vice-president in the NATO Parliamentary Assembly committee, but not from Har. Trikoupi did not comment on this event and, of course, did not congratulate the leader. One point of view is that the position held by a former minister is not something … important to have a public position. The other, however, emphasizes that the relationship between the two sides is constantly slipping and moving towards the breaking point.

Small TIFs

It is clear that recently, under the weight of wiretapping, the government is looking for ways to communicate. A few days ago, the prime minister gave a new example of such a letter in a social media post in which he listed the government’s initiatives over the past week. The demarcation of communications continued in Patrami, where we saw a new model of the tour, more like a “little TIF” with a press conference and many – 17 in all – ministers following the prime minister. The model worked. In particular, the press conference was commented on very positively, as it gave voice to the local press.

Less ministers

However, at the local level, there was a bittersweet aftertaste from a large number of ministers. The regional deputy noted that large missions always create controversial local noise. At the same time, on a purely communicative level, Maximou wonders if the numerous missions are not emphasizing the presence of the Prime Minister himself, as they should. Hence the idea that in the next visits – to Tripoli and Larissa, where the prime minister will go on December 5 and 17, respectively – there will be a more targeted number of ministers.

They spin…

Kostas Tsavaras, who, in particular, was not “present” at the meeting of the prime minister with Western deputies. Greece in Patras, returned yesterday to the topic of wiretapping, demanding through the radio station “Sto Kokkino” to investigate the case. “Instead of prosecutors sitting and fiddling around, they should take action,” he said, adding that “the burden of proof is obviously not on the journalist, but on the prosecutor and the judge.”
