Revisionism, provocative rhetoric and disrespect for international law and good neighborly relations, wherever they come from, threaten peace and stability, said the President of the Republic Katerina Sakellaropoulou during a meeting with Irish President Michael Higgins in Malta on the sidelines of the 17th Arraiolos Group Informal Heads of State Meeting.

The two presidents had the opportunity to reaffirm the excellent level of Greek-Irish relations in areas of mutual interest as they discussed the ongoing war in Ukraine and the resulting serious problems facing a united Europe.

Finally, the President of the Republic emphasized that revisionism, provocative rhetoric and disrespect for international law and good neighborly relations, wherever they come from, threaten peace and stability, the presidential administration said in a statement.
