The deliberations and decisions of the Plenum were held in accordance with the revised article of the Constitution, which provides minority parties with the opportunity to create Parliamentary Investigative Committees. To create these committees, 120 rather than 151 “yes” votes are enough.

According to the Conference of Presidents, the meeting will begin with the position of rapporteurs and special buyers of six parliamentary groups.
