The war entered our homes, but we do not realize!

A few months ago, the press published statements by former officials from the countries of the European Union, who are part of the power structures, with which they signaled the escalation of the war on the part of the Russian Federation. Later, there were statements by officials who warned of the Kremlin’s plans to attack NATO and Union countries. Even the head of the Romanian army gave such a signal.

We know that the Romanian energy industry was systematically destroyed by the decisions of the former officials in the executive chairs. Ruined by science or stupidity. With the knowledge of foreign states acting through various actions characteristic of hybrid warfare, i.e. through agents of influence. I have demonstrated several times that the Russian Energy Party has implemented a system of corruption to weaken the Romanian state, the European Union and NATO.

Four years ago, I described the hybrid scheme of actions of the Russian Federation:

  • the development of a corrupt system – the purchase or planting of political figures controlled by the Kremlin, (…) interference in elections, the creation of revisionist and Kremlin-friendly political forces,
  • acquisition of assets in strategic industries, especially energy,
  • the occupation of the media space and social networks – the assault of “fake news”, ranging from social networks to quality press created by “troll factories” attached to the Russian special services.
  • the appearance of “little green men” in their “unexplored” territories.

I have described many times what the Russians are doing in Romania: here about hybrid energy aggression, here about agents of influence, here about the “little green men” in energy, here about the danger of armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Romania.

Moreover, I wrote in April 2021 and drew attention to the inevitability of the renewal of the conflict in Ukraine – however, I did not foresee the scale.

Another line, this may be due to stupidity, but here I have serious doubts: China invaded Romania a few years ago. Let’s remember those grand plans from the time of the Ponta government for a national nuclear industry, in which China participated in the completion of reactors 3 and 4 at Cernavoda! I think there is no need to remind you about the aggressive offensive of Chinese solar and wind energy on the entire European Union, which I compare to the perversion of the anti-nuclear actions of the 80s by non-governmental organizations that later turned out to be supported by the KGB. It looks as if the Soviet recipe is copied to the letter by Communist China and implemented in Brussels by decarbonization fanatics.

I would also add the current media assault on important companies in the Romanian energy industry. It was started against Chevron (Pungești case) a few years ago, then Neptun Deep and Exxon (and the Dragnea dogs that do not come out of the slaughterhouse), recently Hidroelectrica (with Fondul Proprietatea and Franklin Templeton Investments), and then Nuclearelectrica and partner NuScale. Note that all these attacks were actually directed against American companies and the opening of Romanian energy to allied countries. It is legitimate to ask yourself: why is no one attacking Russian investments in Romania? … By the way: what happened to the arrest due to a possible escape from Lukoil in 2014?

The energy strategy that the ministry and “council of sages” people are working on today should actually be called the “Energy Security Strategy”, which should be aligned with the National Defense Strategy (SNAP). (Have the people who write the Strategy read it?)

In this Energy Security Strategy, I would like to see an analysis of the current external and internal energy situation. (I made a modest one three years ago and, re-reading it, I found that on the outside everything was turned upside down by the Ukrainian conflict, but on the inside nothing had changed!)

I believe that in the current regional situation, when there are the statements I mentioned and when Western economies have begun restructuring towards the “war economy” model, we must change our vision! I am fully convinced that the draft Strategy we are working on does not take into account the possibility of an armed attack on Romania (which is a hybrid), and I am convinced that some even manage to present their problems to the interests of the group from which they come. I am 100% convinced that there is no mention of a commitment to change the current architecture of the energy industry, and I can see expensive renewables (wind and solar) growing like rabbits between the pages of the draft of the future. strategy.

We must also think about the geostrategic progress that our decision makers want. At some point, the Russians will be overwhelmed by the strength of the coalition helping Ukraine. After the end of the war, Ukraine needs to be rebuilt, so Romania needs more energy. He is still not there!

Let’s think about peace and who our friends are!

Zero priority is to have a joint ministry of energy and environment (as if I don’t want to see more phantasmagorias like the Rabelais furnace program)

First of all, I want thermal energy (35%), transportation energy (27%), and then electrical energy (21%) to be extracted and processed separately from the original mix.

I also want energy poverty for large urban agglomerations to be considered separately.

Today, the demand for electricity exceeds the supply (let’s not look at wind gusts forcing energy to be exported without storage, let’s look at safe energy capacity). The energy market is manipulated and given the highest fines in the EU, which are still far below the profits made by energy suppliers. Is there at least a unit devoted to the reorganization of the Romanian energy market? Is it even about replacing the base price in the gas excise calculation, leaving out the Vienna Stock Exchange and reintroducing prices from the Romanian Stock Exchange?

One of the biggest problems is energy. Probably, in the next five years, half of the employees will retire, and certainly no one will come to sort through their seniority. I really want to see how this big problem is solved!

Staying with the energy workers: I want to see how we get rid of all sinecure lists from parties who were given old salaries, appointed to warm seats on the boards of directors, supervisory boards or directorates of state-owned energy companies _ Read the full article and comment on Contributors.ro
