Theater-theatrical notebooks have almost disappeared, and well-made notebooks are even rarer. And this despite the excessive increase in sections of Theatrology. Where they will quickly learn how things are going with politically correct thinking and how important feminism is in art. Therefore, it would be inappropriate to expect the existence of these media in the case of films.

An alternative could be a website filmexcept that even there everything is not always okay IN ORDER. The information is incomplete, the names of the artists are not always accurately reproduced.

The site has a section for reviews. From critics and viewers. On a date, I consulted him with the desire to know a little more about the film Monsters, the debut production of director Marius Olteanu, broadcast last week on TVR Cultural, only one critic’s opinion and 17 audience opinions were mentioned. Of the latter, only 4 contained favorable reviews. I’m going through objectionable language, I’m going through homophobic views, claiming that the film contains a sequence with a gay affair of the main male character named Arthur. The sequence of defining the character, its contradictory nature, is justified. Otherwise, the character was played very well by the excellent actor Christian Pope. Bun in sequence with a reason and Şerban Pavlu.

What do moviegoers complain about? First of all, slowness. The credits part is also slow, I also thought the way Dana’s story was presented to us was slow. About whom we learn very late, this is Arthur’s wife. Dana gets off the train, washes herself for a long time, finally leaves the inhospitable space of the station, looks for a taxi for a long time. Naturally, she is turned down by a taxi driver who is also crushed by life’s problems and the need for money (Alexandru Potochean), so she eventually resorts to his services. Dana changes the destination of the race several times, drives to an area surrounded by apartment buildings, as if she wants to return to the station. This go-to extension allows you to insert dialogs. Dana talks for a long time with the taxi driver, for whom it becomes clear from a certain moment that she feels an inexplicable and momentary attraction. Also confirmed in the third frame of the film.

The story is finally enlivened by the appearance of the watchful Mr. Popescu (Gabriel Reuce), who, although his wife (Alina Berzunceanu) has just given birth to a child, has none of his feigned cheerfulness, nor his curiosity, nor his civic spirit, nor his language skills. disappeared Mr. Popescu will appear again in the third version of the film as a fresh and happy father of a little girl, who is equally concerned about maintaining the well-being of the neighborhood. Arthur’s grandmother also appears in the same third form. Old but fierce. Dorina Lazar plays with aplomb. How well plays the role and scolds the granddaughter. And who also fiercely argues with Dana. Meanwhile, I found out that this is Arthur’s wife. Grandma proves to us that Angela continued her life without problems, and Aneta Dudulyanu still lives in an apartment building.

Arthur and Dana feel guilty in the eyes of their grandmother for not having children, and the guilt is explained by the uncertainty in the couple’s life. Dana and Arthur love each other, their love is in crisis, and the X-ray of the day of this crisis is the main “goal” of the film. Hence the silences, which some viewers find too long, hence also enough lines in which people speak without saying anything. In fact, this is the way in which Marius Olteanu, as a screenwriter and director, interprets the topic of the communication crisis. Hence the three forms, clearly separated by headings.

The audience also criticized the sound quality of the film. Especially the fact that Dana’s lines played inside Judith State would be incomprehensible. I tend to agree with them. With the correction that the fault is not the quality of the sound, but the bad diction of the actress.

Critics spoke and wrote about it Monsters tells a very beautiful and sad love story. With all her psychological loops. what Monsters it’s a movie about loneliness. I wouldn’t say they are wrong. Comparisons with several international productions are also justified. Dana and Arthur together. The scenes in the church and the restaurant, where Alina Tarba and Rolando Matsangos appear, are an absolutely emotional dance moment. The two main characters are lonely and connected to each other. It is not clear to them how loneliness will end, it is not clear to them what their fate will be. Hence the deliberately indecisive ending of the film.As in the first series, trains come and go in this one as well. It depends on which one the heroes catch or prefer.

Unfortunately, this time too the screening did not start at the announced time, and even now the film was not broadcast online due to lack of rights. TVR doesn’t get rid of bad temper! No one explains the delay to you. Whether you want it or not, in order not to miss the first series, admire Mr. Rafael Udriste’s spit and how emotionally he listens to the explanations of those invited to talk with us about Konstantin Brankoviana.
