According to the Ministry of Health, 670 new cases of the disease in the last 24 hours are from reinfected patients who tested positive more than 90 days after the first illness.

The most new cases of SARS-CoV-2 infection are in Bucharest – 1,161 and in the counties of Constanta – 255, Sibiu – 249, Cluj – 171, Timis – 155 and Prahova – 138.

The infection rate for 14 days at the national level is 0.955 cases per thousand inhabitants. The highest incidence is in Bucharest at 4.02, followed by Ilfov counties at 2.64, Brasov at 2.1, Cluj at 2.09, Sibiu at 2.05 and Constanta at 1.84.
