The first plaintiff in Kevin Spacey’s sexual assault trial in London called the American actor a “predator” in a police interview broadcast during the hearing on Monday, AFP reported.

Kevin Spacey, 63, has been on trial since last week and has pleaded not guilty to 12 charges of sexually assaulting four men between 2001 and 2013, including 2004, when he was director of the Old Vic theater in London.

In a recorded interview, the man says that Kevin Spacey attacked him several times, including when he drove him to a lavish party in the early 2000s.

“He grabbed me (by the private parts) so hard that I almost flew off the road,” he explained. “I pushed him into the car door and said, ‘Stop doing that or I’ll hit you.’

According to him, the handsome young people were warned about the actor’s behavior, which he described as “aggressive” and “very sexually disturbing”.

They were told to “be careful”. “Everybody knew he was up to something bad.”

The alleged victim, who has not been identified for legal reasons, said she was “disgusted” and found it “ridiculous” that actor Patrick Gibbs’ lawyer asked him about his sexuality.

He also expressed his “shame” when asked behind closed doors.

“There was nothing between us, he attacked me,” he replied to the actor’s lawyer, denying that he had the slightest feelings for the actor.

He told police that when he asked Kevin Spacey to stop trying to “grope” him, the actor said nothing. “He just laughed and changed the subject,” he explained.

When police confronted him, he explained that he could no longer see Spacey on the screen.

The actor, who received two “Oscars” for his roles in “American Beauty” and “The Usual Suspects”, was last week called by the prosecutor’s office as a “sexual harasser”.

Spacey won two cases

The allegations surfaced in 2017 at the start of the #MeToo movement, at a time when Kevin Spacey was at the height of his fame as the lead actor in the hit Netflix series House of Cards.

After this incident, he was removed from the series and other projects in which he was supposed to participate.

During the investigation, Kevin Spacey denied these allegations, saying that some of them were “made up” and that other actions described were “consensual”.

Last year, a civil court in New York found Kevin Spacey, also accused of sexual assault in the United States, innocent. And in 2019, charges were dropped in another case.
