“The Thessaloniki Film Festival is canceling tomorrow’s opening ceremony, celebrations and concerts scheduled for the 25th Thessaloniki Documentary Film Festival, taking part in a three-day national mourning for the unspeakable tragedy of Tempe. Only film screenings and the work of the Market will take place.
At this difficult time, our thoughts are with the families of the victims, to whom we express our sincere condolences.”
This year the festival was supposed to take place from 2 to 12 March 2023.
