OUR Tom Cruise He is expected to be awarded 2023 David O. Selznick Film Achievement Awardfrom the Producers Guild of America.

The popular American actor and producer will receive an award at the 34th Annual Producers Guild Awards in February 25, 2023 will be held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, Beverly Hills.

O. Selznick was the producer of the Oscar-winning film Gone with the Wind. In previous years, Steven Spielberg, Barbara Broccoli, producer of the James Bond film series, and Imagine Entertainment co-founder Brian Grazer have received the same award.

“Since Mission: Impossible, Tom Cruise has developed a talent for producing that he combines with his extraordinary talent as an actor. Tom approaches production with the same meticulous attention to detail that he applies to all of his professional endeavors,” said Producers Guild of America presidents Donald DeLine and Stephanie Allen. “His drive to tell bold, cinematic and entertaining stories has elevated the global film viewing experience and led to some of the most popular films in history. We are thrilled to honor him with the David O. Selznick Award for Excellence in Producing,” they said, according to Variety.

Tom Cruise’s films have grossed over $11 billion worldwide. Among his works are the series Mission Impossible and Jack Reacher, as well as the films Vanilla Sky, The Last Samurai and Elizabethtown.
