To participate in the auction, participants must submit the following documents no later than a day before the auction date:

• purchase offer;

• confirmation of payment of the participation fee or establishment of a guarantee in the form of a letter of guarantee in the amount of 10% of the starting price of the auction.

The IBAN for the corresponding payment can be found in each ad.

• authority of the person representing the participant;

• for Romanian legal entities, a copy of the unique registration certificate issued by the trade register;

• for foreign legal entities, the act of registration translated into Romanian;

• for Romanian natural persons, a copy of the identity document;

• for foreign natural persons, a copy of the identification code/passport;

• a statement about the participant’s own responsibility, certifying that he is not a debtor’s participant.

The buyer is obliged to comply with special legal provisions, such as environmental obligations, obligations regarding the preservation of national heritage or the like, respectively, provided for by applicable legal norms.
