
ANAF can issue a range of documents in electronic format, such as an invitation, minutes of a meeting, minutes or even a verification report on individuals under supervision. The corresponding order was published in the “Official Gazette”.
In particular, the normative act makes it possible to draw up in electronic form and transmit by means of remote transmission the following forms, which are used in the activity of checking personal financial status:
• notification of verification
• minutes of the meeting
• Explanatory note
• minutes
• invitation
• a decision to suspend the verification of a natural person
• fiscal audit report
• a decision to terminate the procedure for checking personal financial status
• a tax ruling on additional income tax established as part of an individual’s audit
• decision on re-inspection
• provisions on measures established within the framework of the procedure for checking personal financial status and notification for final discussion.
As a reminder, since July 1, ANAF has started mass checks of individuals.
What ANAF discovered in August
For example, in August, ANAF found a difference of 18.9 million lei between the declared income and the calculated income for which no tax was paid.
“Additionally imposed taxes amounted to 4.6 million lei,” said ANAF chairman Lucian Geiusz.
The biggest differences (in August) were in the districts:
- a person from Timișoara – a difference of 4.5 million lei, the tax was 1 million lei
- a person from Vrancha – the difference is 3.3 million lei, the tax is 889,000 lei
- a person from Prahov – a difference of 2.7 million lei and the established tax amounted to 723,000 lei.
