Declaration 112 was amended by joint order of 4 institutions, respectively ANAF, National Pension Fund, National Health Insurance and ANOFM. It was published in the Official Gazette (918 BIS).
Despite the fact that the additional payment for part-time work has been applied since August 1, only now was the order to amend this form, on the basis of which the pension and health insurance of employees is carried out.
Probably in the coming days, until the 25th, it will also be posted on the ANAF website for employers to fill.
We remind you that in accordance with the Tax Increase Decree (OG 16/2022), part-time work was excessively taxed.
Recently, an order appeared in the Official Gazette, which stipulates that part-time employees will have to submit a declaration to the employer on the existence of other contracts every month.
Decree 16 is now in the parliament. Amendments appeared, one of which concerns the cancellation of this event. The Chamber of Deputies makes the decision, so we will see after the debate and adoption what will happen.
