According to the National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF), in the middle of the year, 33,442 taxpayers owed more than 81.8 billion lei to the state budget.
These are tax liabilities outstanding in the middle of the year and unpaid by July 31, 2022.
As a reminder, ANAF has updated the list of legal entities that have debts.
- the list of large taxpayers includes a number of 93 taxpayers with outstanding tax liabilities in the amount of 5.426 billion lei;
- the list of average taxpayers includes 1,644 taxpayers who have outstanding tax liabilities in the amount of 12.01 billion lei;
- the list of small taxpayers includes 31,705 taxpayers who have outstanding tax liabilities in the amount of 64.4 billion lei.
“At the same time, we note that the database, which contains the tax debt administration system at the level of the Administration of Public Finance Sector 4, had technical problems, due to which the publication on the portal www.anaf.ro of the list of taxpayers with unpaid tax obligations as of June 30, 2022 and outstanding as of July 31, 2022, which are administered by the said fiscal authority, will be fulfilled later,” ANAF said.
