“The receiver was notified of the debt assignment agreement concluded between MediaMex Investment and ING Bank, according to which the secured creditor ING Bank NV assigned its total debt to the companies in the group (in the amount of 11,270,235 euros, subsequently fined additional act for the total amount of 11 770,235 euros) MediaMex Investment SRL. The receiver was also informed of the signing of the Agreement on the payment of debts outside the period of reorganization between Mediafax Group SA – through a special administrator – and Mediamex Investment SRL as a guaranteed creditor,” said the document, which is quoted by Profit.ro.
