Several new features
From 2035, all manufacturers present in Europe will have to sell only electric cars, with some exceptions. This will, for example, be the case with Jeep, which will obviously not bypass this widely contested event. Thus, the manufacturer has already begun to electrify its catalog, while it sells in particular hybrid models, as well as its 100% electric Avenger. But that’s not all, because the American company from the Stellantis group does not want to stop there. And it even shows very big ambitions, as it plans to release at least five new models by 2025. A rich program for the manufacturer, which in particular will include the launch of the Wagoneer S, a large electric SUV that should soon appear on the European market. This was confirmed by the boss of the brand, Antonio Filosa, during a recent press conference organized by the latter.

Beautiful program
But that’s obviously not all, because in addition to this large SUV, Jeep is also preparing another 100% electric model: intelligence. This all-terrain vehicle, inspired by the spirit of the Wrangler, but without a thermal engine, promises a real driving experience and will be designed, in particular, for off-road driving. In addition, the manufacturer is also working on a hybrid version of the impressive model Gladiator pickup truck discovered a few years ago. And the good news: it can also conquer the European market thanks to its low consumption and reduced CO2 emissions. As for the other two new features, the mystery still remains. However, it is likely that the Avenger 4xe hybrid will be one of them. Equipped with all-wheel drive and mild hybridization, it could hit the market later this year. However, we will still have to wait before we know more about all these very promising new models for the manufacturer.
