A more attractive price

Like its rivals, Cupra is cleaning up its range at the start of 2024 and taking the opportunity to cut prices on Kupra Bourne. The 100% electric compact range now offers just one Engine 230 horsepowerwhich previously corresponded to the VZ version and is equipped with equipment e-boost.
Two battery capacities are always offered: Battery with a capacity of 58 kWhreflecting to 422 km of autonomy according to the WLTP cycle, and also the largest XL battery with a capacity of 77 kWhpromising yet 550 km of autonomyalways according to the WLTP cycle.
The first version (Cupra Born 230 hp Battery L) is now on sale from €39,090, which is €6,460 less than the VZ version, which previously cost €45,550. The second version (Cupra Born 230 hp Battery XL) is now on sale for €39,990, €6,560 less than the VZ version, which until now cost €46,550. Both versions are eligible for the 2024 environmental bonus.

Cupra Born: Lots of standard equipment

This makes the Spanish electric compact car the only 100% electric car on the market that offers a range of 550 km for less than €40,000. Cupra is also offering a new LLD offer on Born with rent from €260/monthfor a long-term lease of 37 months and a maximum of 30,000 km, including an initial lease payment of €9,500, reduced to €0 after deducting an environmental bonus of €7,000 and a conversion bonus of €2,500, followed by 36 rental monthly payments of 260 euros.
At this price, the Cupra Born offers a good levelstandard equipmentwhich notably includes bucket seats, 19-inch alloy wheels, a 12-inch central touchscreen, full LED lights front and rear, tinted rear windows and even a rearview camera.
The Cupra Born is also eligible for public social leasing with prices listed from €109 a month, but that scheme was recently suspended until 2024, a casualty of its success.

Cupra emphasizes the driving experience of its Born: acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h takes 6.6 seconds for the 230 hp L battery version. and 7.0 seconds for the 230 hp XL battery version.
