The Year of the Dragon is in the spotlight at Bespoke

To mark the transition to the Lunar New Year, the Year of the Dragon, which begins on February 10, 2024, Rolls Royce just introduced four are custom built by its advanced tuning department: In order. In general, three instances of Phantom Extended and one instance of Cullinan adorned with unique details designed and handcrafted at the brand’s headquarters in Goodwood, UK.

These designs are a powerful expression of our respect for Chinese culture and a modern, minimalist statement that matches the trends we see among luxury consumers around the world. »
Rolls-Royce Bespoke models inspired by a dragona legendary creature symbolizing strength, success and prosperity: a theme never before published by a British manufacturer.

Rolls-Royce: New Bespoke Creations

Outside cars are decorated unique paintings : two-tone Cherry Red/Selby Gray with crystal coating for the Cullinan and two-tone silver gray and Cherry Red or Black Monolithic Black with crystal coating for the Phantom Extended. All models feature a hand-painted Phoenix Red style line that includes a dragon motif facing right, representing the east, the direction of the rising sun.
Inside, common for these models is the presence of a panel on the instrument panel that represents hand painted red dragon. This work of art, created in several layers, represented more than two weeks of work. We also find other references to the dragon in the cabin, such as on the seats embroidery with a dragon image, made by hand with no less than 5449 stitches. THE pills The reverse is also personalized with a circular Chinese zodiac calendar and custom dragon artwork.
Finally, a custom Rolls-Royce signed Bespoke would not be one of the famous ones the starry sky of the roof : it features 667 glowing stars made of fiber optics, as well as 677 dots representing an abstract dragon pattern. Red stars are depicted on one of the copies intended for a Chinese customer.

As usual with Rolls-Royce, the manufacturer did not reveal the price of these individual models for its most privileged customers.
