Is the environmental bonus disappearing? Toyota lowers prices for bZ4X!
This year, the French government radically strengthened the criteria for receiving the 2024 environmental bonus to exclude vehicles that are not manufactured in Europe. Most Toyota models except the Proace City Verso Electric are no longer eligible for this government subsidy… Nothing! From February 1, 2024, the Japanese manufacturer lowers prices on the Toyota bZ4X for their French customers.
Indeed, Toyota wants to democratize access to electric vehicles for as many customers as possible. As a result, all versions of Toyota’s first 100% electric SUV now feature a a significant reduction in their pricewhich is up to €11,100 on the bZ4X Origin and up to €11,000 on the bZ4X Pure Business, the latter trim is now available to individuals.
In addition, metallic paint is now standard across the range: it used to be an option at €700.
Toyota bZ4X: an exceptional discount

In addition to these more attractive prices, if the customer places an order before March 31, 2024, Toyota is exclusively offering an additional discount of 5,000 euroswhich corresponds to compensation for the disappearance of the environmental bonus amount from 2023. After applying this additional discount, bZ4X prices begin from €34,900which gives a certain advantage over competitors.
Toyota’s first model based on the e-TNGA platform, the bZ4X is available with front-wheel drive and 204 horsepower with a 71.4 kWh lithium-ion battery. up to 503 km of autonomy (according to the WLTP cycle), as well as in an all-wheel drive version with a power of 218 horsepower, which provides up to 461 km of autonomy (according to the WLTP cycle).
