Best-in-class efficiency
This year, the French manufacturer will start selling a new generation of the Renault Master, its main large van. Its 100% electric version is called Renault Master E-Tech Electricjust approved for autonomy 460 kmaccording to the WLTP cycle.
Thus, Renault Master E-Tech Electric becomes a new benchmark in terms of autonomy and efficiency on the European electric van market. It offers two engines 131 horsepower (96 kW) or 143 horsepower (105 kW) and 300 Nm of torque, as well as two battery capacities: 40 kW/h (approximately 200 km of autonomy, approval in process) and 87 kW/h (460 km of autonomy WLTP, or 21 kWh/100 km).
This performance was made possible by the design of the “Aerovan”, which allowed to optimize its aerodynamics with the help of SCx reduced by more than 20%. Its new technical architecture has also been optimized to reduce by more than 27% its power consumption compared to the previous generation Master.
