And even though its prices have risen, they remain among the most affordable on the market, while the cost of new cars in general has risen dramatically over time due to inflation. Crazy success that Louis Schweitzer, CEO of Renault Group, probably could not have imagined when he launched Logan in Western Europe in the 2000s. But the result is there.

Strong competition

And Dacia’s success continues, with a series of releases and new product releases, and sales figures are climbing ever higher. However, the low-cost firm has to face increasing competition, while now it seems that all manufacturers are inspired by it, which was not the case before. But now the brand’s success seems to be giving ideas to its rivals, who now all want to enter its segment. We are thinking, for example, of MG, which should scare the Romanian firm with its discounted electric cars. What to hunt in the grounds Dacia Spring, but not only. In addition, Hyundai also wants to launch an electric city car of the same type soon, not to mention many Chinese brands with big ambitions. Suffice to say, Dacia will have to work harder to hope to stay in the race and face the growing competition. As the market gets more competitive over the years and it is far from over…
