Future Lancia Ypsilon they are still talking about it! Last December, the prototype was fished out of the riverafter a theft near an industrial site Stellantis from Montbéliard. The first clear images of the Lancia Ypsilon
A month before the official presentation, Ypsilon is already making its first walk in Florence, Tuscany. The brand apparently didn’t take any special measures to hide or at least slightly camouflage its upcoming city car.

We also notice a peculiar “coffee table”, quite unique in the segment. We feel that Lancia is betting on a distinct positioning from the other two city cars in the group. The brand wants to benefit from a more luxurious image and highlights the world of chic and highly designer Italian furniture.
What are the engines for the Lancia Ypsilon?
The new Lancia city car will be eligible for classic engines of this level from Stellantis, with a 100% electric entry-level 156 hp version, the new engine of which was introduced in the Jeep Avenger and DS3 E-Tense last year.
As for heat, the Ypsilon will apparently be entitled to a 136bhp 1.2 PureTech, fitted with a 48V mild hybrid to keep consumption down.
Other information also talks about a future 240 hp electric version under the HF brand, as well as a 100 hp 1.2 PureTech Hybrid to lower the entry ticket, for example, to the Italian market, where Lancia remains extremely popular.
