But there are many obstacles: high prices, stricter tax credit rules and, finally, the slow rollout of charging infrastructure.
On the other hand, the prices of electric cars are falling. According to Autoblog, in December 2023, a new electric car in the US cost an average of $50,789or 17% less than in December 2022.
