Every year, or almost every year, the government makes some adjustments to the scale of the environmental premium with one goal: to reduce its costs while continuing to encourage motorists to choose an electric car. And it seems to work, even though this engine has never been in such good shape. And this is even if the amount of assistance decreases over the years. In fact, the latter is now limited only 4000 euros, although it still remains at the level of 7,000 euros for the most modest motorists, so depending on income conditions. But that’s not all.

Only one version
Indeed, to be eligible for this increase, electric vehicles must be priced below €47,000. However, this does not apply to the Audi Q4 e-tron, which exceeds this price. However, it can still get government help thanks to a new version, which then takes the form of a limited edition. Under the name Design Edition, it was already introduced to the market last October, but now it returns to the dealerships at the beginning of the year. It is then displayed from 46,900 euros to stay on track.
What allocation?
But what are we entitled to with this new version? In fact, the allocation is quite generous, as it includes, among other things, GPS navigation, heated seats as well as an electric tailgate and 19-inch wheels. Under its hood, we find a 285-horsepower electric motor that sends power to the rear wheels. The declared range is 533 kilometers according to WLTP. Be careful, because only 400 copies of this ultra-limited series will be available to order!
