Dacia Zen: warranty extension for 7 years
Dacia Zen contract is included in the Essential and Essential+ Revision package : allows you to cover Dacia models 1 year warranty or 30,000 additional kilometers, renewed every year up to 7 years old Dacia Zen covers all elements of the car, except for the defrosting network, electric mirrors and multimedia system, which are the main differences of this coverage with an extended warranty for a new car.
This offer is aimed at private clients, special clients : to benefit from this, he must be the owner of a Dacia car with a maximum age of 6 years and 1 month (i.e. 73 months from the date of first entry into circulation), with less than 120,000 kilometers on the odometer, and which is not yet covered guarantee.
In order to take advantage of the Dacia Zen warranty extension, there is one more important condition: it is important that the customer has completed the repair program recommended by the manufacturer contained in the maintenance booklet, even if the operations were not carried out in the Dacia network. In this case, he must justify compliance with the various recommendations of the manufacturer’s maintenance program.
A way to keep customers
Dacia Zen complements the Essential Service overhaul package with a real customer benefit: extending the warranty to 7 years is a way reward loyal customers to the Romanian manufacturer and covers them in case of unforeseen expenses. It is also a guarantee of the reliability of Dacia models, and this contract can be transferred to a third party upon resale car, which is the main asset in the used car market.
Dacia offers its customers different things after-sales service to meet all needs and budgets: for example, “Service Contracts” are aimed at owners of new Dacia cars, while “Privilege Pack” or “Eco Maintenance” offers are aimed at customers of older cars.
