Mercedes-AMG SL 63 SE Performance: the most powerful SL
Aesthetically, the Mercedes-AMG SL 63 SE Performance particularly stands out from the rear thanks to the loading hatch integrated into the bumper, as well as the badges on a red background. There are also two fluted trapezoidal tailpipes, as well as “E Performance” badging on the fenders. The Manufaktur program offers plenty of personalization options, including the new exclusive Manufaktur Flame Orange Metallic color, numerous personalization packages and even 20- and 21-inch alloy or forged wheels.
On board we find a sports driver’s seat equipped with a central vertical touch screen, as well as a cabin consisting of 2+2 AMG sports seats. Here, too, numerous personalization options allow you to create your own individual model with inserts made of leather, microfiber and carbon fiber.

816-horsepower hybrid V8
Under the hood of the Mercedes-AMG SL 63 SE Performance is a hybrid engine consisting of a motor AMG 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 at the front, and a 204-horsepower electric motor at the rear, not to mention a 400-volt, 6.1 kWh lithium-ion battery mounted above the rear axle.
The whole develops strength 816 horsepower and one maximum torque 1420 Nmwhich allows you to swallow Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.9 seconds, for a maximum speed of 317 km/h. The battery is charged using an on-board 3.7kW AC charger, providing 100% electrical autonomy 13 kilometers in the urban cycle, according to the WLTP cycle.
Numerous on-board systems optimize its performance, such as the AMG Active Ride Control suspension with active roll stabilization, rear-wheel steering and AMG Performance 4Matic+ all-wheel drive.
