If there is a manufacturer that is not idle right now, it is undoubtedly Tesla. And it is not for nothing that the American firm continues to make headlines, although it must do everything to stay at the top of electric car sales. In fact, the manufacturer is about to be bypassed its Chinese rival BYD. So he must redouble his efforts to keep his place and not allow his competitors to embarrass him. Here’s how the company has just started marketing its Cybertruck, four years after its official unveiling in 2019.
“We are working on an inexpensive electric car that will be produced in large volumes. Every week I look at the plans for the production line… It’s unlike any car production line anyone has ever seen. The first production line is located in Texas. Mexico will be second” HUGE! pic.twitter.com/SCWdiXLBg2

When will the Model 3 come out?
That’s it, the first samples of the electric pickup truck are finally on the way, and production should continue to ramp up over the coming months. But for the American manufacturer, there is no question of resting on its laurels, on the contrary. Especially since customers are now firmly waiting for another car. This is Model 2, which has not yet been officially confirmed, but which was already mentioned by the manufacturer. The latter actually promised the arrival of a car costing less than 25,000 euros in the coming years.
The project is well advanced
And according to a recent interview, the head of the company noted that the project is already well advanced, Elon Musk. He confirms that Tesla is working on a low-cost, mass-produced electric car, but won’t name it yet. The latter will then be assembled in the USA, and in particular in Gifactory located in Texas. It remains to be seen when this newbie will be officially unveiled, as nothing has been said on the subject at the moment…
