A major violation of speed on a scooter
This is exactly what happened a few days earlier in the center of Vilvoorde, a town in Flanders. On September 27, a man, whose age is unknown, decided to ride an electric scooter. So far, nothing unusual. Only then does he go out on the road and break all the rules, driving through the city streets at a speed of 99 km/h. Fortunately, he was quickly spotted by the police, who tried to chase him down on a bicycle. The scene we imagine is very funny! Especially since the driver does not want to stop.

Although we do not yet know what sanction he has been sentenced to, there is no doubt that he will have to pay at least a large fine. By the way, the French traffic code requires limit of 25 km/h only for electric scooters.
