Deep redesign

If at first glance the new GS seems more compact than the old one, think again! She always measures Length 2.21 m and the saddle height is located at 850 mm. As for the wheelbase, the last measurements 1518 mmor 7mm less than the old R 1250 GS and its 1525mm.

Make room for 1300 cm³

Suspension and equipment

BMW has optimized suspension on his new GS. Indeed, the German brand integrates as an option a new electronic dynamic suspension adjustment called DSA (Dynamic adjustment of the suspension). The system, which was already available on the old GS, has been revised to combine dynamic front and rear damping adjustment, with the spring rate dependent on the riding mode selected by the driver. According to BMW, this new DSA guarantees more security driving and much more productivity and with comfort on all types of surfaces.

In addition, GS offers a new system as an option adaptive setting the height of the motorcycle, as well as the suspension.

There is a catalog of additional BMW equipment ultra-delivered regarding the new GS. Despite this, the brand decided to expand the range of standard equipment of the new GS. Actually, The R 1300 GS is integrated as standard :

Please note that the BMW R 1300 GS is already available available to order on the BMW website. A motorcycle with 20,690 euros and the first deliveries to customers are planned beginning of November 2023.
