A few months ago, the Porsche Cayenne underwent major changes. The German SUV was presented in two hybrid versions of the Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid with a capacity of 739 hp, as well as an E-Hybrid version with a capacity of 470 hp.
Two beautiful babies with plenty of horsepower under the hood, but something between them was missing. It is now complete as Porsche presents Cayenne S E-Hybrid.
Electric range up to 90 km
Available in two body styles (SUV and SUV Coupé), the Cayenne S E-Hybrid has a 176 hp electric motor supported by a 353 hp 3.0-liter V6. Together, the two engines develop the combined power 519 hp and 750 Nm of torque. Cayenne S E-Hybrid accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.7 seconds and reaches a maximum speed of 263 km/h.
In addition, the model benefits from the new hybrid technology developed for this new generation. Thanks to a battery with a capacity of 25.9 kWh, it displays, in the city, up to 90 km of autonomy in 100% electric mode. The Cayenne is also equipped with a new on-board charger with a capacity of 11 kW, which allows it to be charged in less than 2.5 hours at a suitable charging station.
The most interesting Porsche SUV?
The SUV features 20-inch Cayenne S rims and a dual tailpipe in brushed stainless steel. The SUV version has a silver exterior package, while the Coupé model is dressed in a black exterior package. Matrix LED headlights are included in the standard equipment.
Inside, standard equipment includes eight-way adjustable seats, a Sport Chrono package with mode shifter, stainless steel pedals, and a Diamar interior package in Shadow Gray. The driver also benefits from the enhanced functions of the My Porsche app and the new Apple CarPlay functions. An additional passenger screen with on-board video functions and an air purification system that filters pollutants and particles that can enter the cabin complete the package.
The new Cayenne S E-Hybrid is now available for order. Offered from 119,799 euros (Coupe version from 123,999 euros). The first deliveries will take place at the end of November 2023.
