There is every reason to believe that at Kia, especially given its latest 100% electric production, we are now targeting premium brands. And this is obviously felt in the prices, as Kia has never been so expensive on the Old Continent. It must be said that the EV9 sets a fairly high bar, thanks to careful maintenance, modern technologies and an interesting technical map.

This large electric SUV with 6 or 7 seats and a length of 5.01 meters, a rival to the BMW iX and other Mercedes EQE SUVs, is available with two engines: version 204 hp (mover) and another with 385 hp (full drive). As is often the case with Kia, the architecture of the range is relatively simple, especially in France, with only two trims, in this case Earth and GT-Line for the EV9. The first is offered with a 204 hp engine. and only in the 7-seat version. Its base price? It’s at a premium level, as Kia demands 78,000 euros.

Engine with a capacity of 385 hp. reserved for the higher version GT-Line and gives a choice between a 6- or 7-seat configuration. It will be necessary to count 86,000 euros afford it. At this price, there’s obviously almost every option, except that the on-board charger is limited to 11kW. 22 kW power would not be too much considering the size of the battery.
