This version, intended for the general public, has a flat 4-cylinder turbo engine with a volume of 2.2 liters, which develops 280 hp. and 363 Nm of torque. Its power is distributed to the 4 wheels of the car through a 5-speed manual gearbox. Not bad for a machine that weighs only 1,270 kg! The first of these 3 copies was offered David Lapworth who led the team that won the world championship with this car. The second car was given away Nicky Grist, Colin McRae’s co-pilot at the time.
