The future of Alpine will be electric. By 2030 The entire range of the Dieppe manufacturer will consist exclusively of electronic models. While the manufacturer had previously confirmed five new models by 2028, Alpine has just announced two more models.

Luca de Meo, CEO of the Renault Group, and Laurent Rossi, CEO of Alpine, confirmed today during a meeting with investors and the press, the desire of the French brand to move from the status of a niche manufacturer to a global brandparticularly with a desire to permanently settle in Asia and the United States.

Rapid attack

The seven new models were announced via a family photo as a teaser. In general, we already know almost all the models that will arrive by 2028.

The first, obviously, will beAlpine A290, the brand’s first electric 100 model, which will arrive in 2024 and will be a derivative of the Renault 5, which will arrive a few months earlier. The styling of the new Alpine A290 was already partially revealed last May with the A290_β concept.

In 2025, the turn will comeAlpine Crossover GT, a sporty, all-electric C-segment crossover SUV that will be built at the historic plant in Dieppe, Normandy. This model will be a derivative of the Nissan Ariya and its e-4orce version with all-wheel drive and more than 400 hp. under the hood

New platform from 2026

In 2026, it will be the turn of the new Alpine A110, model based on the new APP architecture (Alpine Performance Platform), a modular platform developed in-house that will power many other models in the future. By 2030 A convertible version of this A110 will also be planned.

Alpine is also being prepared A310 return, a four-seater sports car based on the well-known APP platform. Its arrival is scheduled for 2030.

We already knew that Alpine would invest in the United States. Do it, the brand will develop two electric SUVs that will occupy the D and E segments.
