It has been 10 years since BMW launched its first 100% electric model, and since then the Bavarian firm has offered electric vehicles in 90% of its market segments. BMW wants to go even further in the electrification of mobility and announces its desire to make electric cars available to everyone.
BMW: Rental parity between electric and thermal cars
For this, BMW France offers from June 1, 2023 long-term rental offers with attractive rental rates on its electric models, with the aim of creating parity between the rental of electric cars and thermal cars.
These offers are similar to those offered on their thermal equivalents, with the same mileage/duration pairing and the same level of equipment, combined with financial benefit is not insignificant. Indeed, the monthly rental fee for electric cars is on average 100 euros lower compared to the equivalent thermal model, allowing you to enjoy the benefits of an electric car at a more affordable price.
For example, the BMW i4 eDrive35 M Sport is offered for €590 per month with no contribution for a long-term lease of 36 months and 30,000 km. Its thermal equivalent, the BMW 420i Gran Coupé M Sport, is offered for €690 per month, no deposit.
