Range Peugeot continues to be updated and in the coming years we should see the arrival of the next generations of the Peugeot 3008, 5008 and 2008, in addition to the updated models that will be launched this year.

Let’s summarize the main new Peugeot models that should be released by 2025.

Peugeot 3008 III and 5008 III: they are coming soon

Sochaux is preparing to offer the third generation of its bestseller The Peugeot 3008, in September 2023. Based on the new STLA Medium platform, it will be longer (around 4.50m) and have a sportier SUV-coupe silhouette, with 200, 230 and 320bhp electric motors under the hood, along with 70 and 90kWh batteries. The diesel will disappear, but we will find in gasoline 1.2 PureTech mild hybrid 48 V with a capacity of 136 horsepower and a hybrid engine with 200 horsepower. The interior will be marked by a large new plate, which will include an instrument panel and a central touch screen.

The new generation is more of a family version Peugeot 5008 will also be there in March 2024: its styling is derived from the 3008 III with 5- and 7-seat versions. Finally, the 5008 will offer hybrid engines with a battery pack.

Peugeot 2008 III: the future generation of 2025

Until Peugeot 2008 Restyling II was just presented, the French manufacturer is already preparing the next generation, which should be released in 2025 and will be equipped only with electric motors. Its style will contrast with the current codes of the brand, and we will find elements inspired by the concept cars e-Legend and Inception, with awkward and sculptural forms, as well as an avant-garde interior. Based on the STLA Small platform, the upcoming 2008 III will offer electric motors ranging from 100 to 270 horsepower, paired with batteries with capacities ranging from 37 to 82 kWh for a range of up to 500 km.

Meanwhile, the lion range will be updated from 2023 with the arrival 508 II face lift in June 2023 with a 180-horsepower version joining the existing 225- and 360-horsepower hybrids.

THE e-308 II and e-308 SW II are 100% electric will also land in June 2023 with a range that Peugeot says will exceed 400km and a 156bhp engine linked to a 54kWh battery (51 useful kWh).

New 2008 II Restyling will be launched this summer 2023 with a redesigned front end, electric motor output increased from 136 to 156 horsepower, and battery from 50 to 54 kWh, now offering 406 km of range.
