It will be a sequel to Fast X and, like the last one, it will be directed by Frenchman Louis Leterrier (Carrier, The Incredible Hulk). We will also find the British Christina Hodson (A bird of prey) and Oren Uziel (Mortal Kombat) to the script.
If the subject of the film Fast and Furious 11 remains a mystery Vin Diesel, who since then also serves as a producer of the series Fast and Furious 4said in a recent interview: “I spent a lot of time listening and understanding what the real fans want and how they feel, and I got a big picture of how the saga should develop. Complete, with the necessary dignity and integrity. All of this brings us to this point: I would say just look at where we are in the world, how technology is moving so fast that we don’t have time to consider the ramifications or implications for the future, and from there imagine what Toretto’s philosophy would be. If you think the car represents freedom, its opposite is artificial intelligence, driverless vehicles. Somewhere there will be themes and philosophies that will be at war in this finale.”.

Vin Diesel confirmed that he couldn’t say goodbye to this story without giving credit to his friend: “At this time in 2013, when the world was dealing with his loss, the studio made a very brave and right decision to keep Brian O’Connor alive. I’ll say it without any spoilers: I couldn’t imagine the end of this saga without saying goodbye to Brian O’Connor.”.
