Adopting the Traffic Rules is actually not easy. But this is an important step to finally learn to drive and then pass the practical driving test. Once these steps are completed, you will finally be able to fly and take the wheel on your own. For several years, the passing of the theoretical exam has been organized not by the state, but by third-party operators. Sufficient to allow candidates to avail themselves of more slots and therefore flexibility. That’s why there are a lot of them, like La Poste, Dekra, Exacode or even Easy Code and ObjectifCode, among others. But one of them simply disappeared from the list.

A few drawbacks
It’s a France Code company that just lost its license to conduct the test, as Radars-Auto.com explains. But what is the reason? In fact, the company committed several violations of the law, including non-compliance commitment to independence for those responsible for providing educational services. Following the first letter of the inter-ministerial road safety representative of 9 February 2023, the French Code was officially repealed. A temporary decision that will be valid for three months.
Not for the first time
Thus, the company will no longer be able to issue Traffic Rules until July 21. Subject to elimination of defects. But the company is not the only one that came into the field of view of the authorities, as it was also the case of Exacode, due to pricing and coverage issues. The gap was quickly covered, as the company was able to regain its approval just a month after correcting the deficiencies it was accused of by the government.
