For many, the Easter weekend is the perfect opportunity to head out into the countryside and treat yourself to a few days of countryside relaxation. Especially since it marks the return of spring, as well as sunny days, when the sun once again points to the tip of the nose. Thus, many motorists take advantage of the opportunity to go on the road, go to the sea or even to the village. Others use this weekend to escape traveling with friends. That certainly applies to these bikers, who unfortunately had to revise their plans for these few days of spring break due to concerns beyond their control.
The French are punished by supply interruptions at service stations.

Big mistake
During this weekend, fifty bikers refueled at the service station located in the Leclerc Ormeau store in Tarbes. But the latter suffered a great disappointment, which could cost someone dearly. Indeed, after refueling their car, they all realized that abnormal smoke was coming out of their tailpipes. Head to the nearest garage for drivers to find out where the problem is coming from. And the answer will not be difficult to find. Indeed, a service station poured diesel fuel into the tank of an unleaded 98. If a few motorcyclists were able to restore their motorcycle after a minor repair, this is not the case for all.
Whose fault is it?
Some vehicles are indeed still immobilized, although they have been filled with large amounts of diesel fuel. For its part, the brand issued a press release stating that ” after remote monitoring of the last fuel discharges, an anomaly was detected during Delivery of diesel on Fridayand distribution of SP98 is suspended immediately“. The store accuses its supplier Pétrolec-Sud of making a mistake when filling the tanks. It remains to be seen whether the victims will receive compensation after their breakdown, especially since some are still walking.
