The electric car has been developing for several years both in France and in other countries of the world. To do this, manufacturers always offer more models that now meet almost all needs, while the government increases assistance such as environmental bonus or conversion bonus. Not to mention the restrictions on the movement of thermal cars, which are considered harmful to the environment. Indeed, the planet argument often arises to highlight electric cars. But it will affect motorists less and less.
The eastern district of Saint-Rambert on the street@A7Traffic from July 18 will offer 2 electric charging stations for refrigerators. It is an economical, ecological and quiet alternative to noisy and polluting diesel generators. https://t.co/YF2YFVSF5Q

The French are somewhat skeptical
Indeed, French drivers are not very sensitive to this argument. In any case, that’s according to a recent study conducted by car rental company Sixt in partnership with Ifop. Published in Le Parisien, it shows that more than one in two motorists consider an electric car simply a bad solution for fight against global warming. As Jean-Philippe Douyen, boss of Sixt France, explained ” the purchase price remains the main barrier to purchasing an electric car. Between the end of the month and the end of the world, it is the end of the month that primarily affects the French, so the bonus policy must be maintained and expanded“.
The French want to be alone
If public authorities are increasingly condemning the individual car, this does not prevent it from having the same success. In fact, 77% of French people mostly use it own vehicle for their movement. To the detriment of public transport, which is used by only 27% of respondents. The leader also reminds that ” pretend that public transport would be enough to make all his trips, this is not to face reality. For two-thirds of people, a car remains irreplaceable. »
