Mobility has always played an important role in getting a job or studying. But according to the Ministry of Labour, at least 7 million people have mobility difficulties, which is a real source of inequality.

Since 2019 Dacia helped thousands of beneficiaries enter the labor market, with CareMakers Program : an offer of solidarity mobility that has changed the lives of many of them. Indeed, most of them were unemployed but did not qualify for a bank loan, which prevented them from finding work due to their lack of mobility.

Dacia CareMakers: microloan offer

Dacia’s solidarity offer is part of the CareMakers solidarity mobility program of the Renault group, which brings together different dedicated partners: car repair solidarities, financial organizations, public and private organizations, associations working for inclusion, as well as volunteers.

This offer of solidarity allowspurchase of a new car Dacia, in a classic purchase or in a long-term lease with the right to purchase (LOA). To access it, beneficiaries can subscribe to a microcredit, a special financial solution.

AND microcredit intended for people who have difficulty accessing a traditional bank loan due to their personal situation, such as cases of bank prohibition, excessive indebtedness or if the applicant is unemployed, a temporary worker or even an RSA, fixed-term contract, or a beneficiary of the social minimum.

Dacia: solidarity mobility program

Combined with various government subsidies (scrap bonus, bonus, other car subsidies, etc.), this funding enables promote social and professional integration, as owning a vehicle may unlock access to work or service in it. The amount of the microloan ranges from 300 to 8,000 euros and is repaid in small monthly payments over a period of 6 to 48 months.

Thanks to the scheme, half of the beneficiaries were able to find work with a car, while the proportion of beneficiaries working on permanent contracts increased from 26% to 43% after the offer was accepted.

According to its philosophy, Dacia is committed to this program of solidarity mobility with the aim of making mobility accessible to as many people as possible and at the same time combating instability.
