Seven years have passed since the Peugeot 3008 was born, and the SUV and its extended version, 5008 were updated during 2020. A good career for two star models in the range, while the 3008 has been in the brand’s top 10 best-selling cars for quite some time now. But while the new generation is currently being developed, the lion brand continues to improve the already existing version. A new alternative

Then it is unprecedented mild hybrid engine shows a power of 136 horsepower. This figure is then equivalent to that of the Peugeot e-208 before it received a slight improvement to 156bhp. Then it replaced the well-known EAT8 and was distinguished by the presence of only six gears. Then it’s all topped off with a small developing electric motor 28 horsepower and 55 Nm of torque as well as a starter generator. Thus, it is possible to drive 50% of the time on electricity in the city, depending on the brand. Later, other models will be able to take advantage of this new alternative, but at the moment Peugeot has not yet provided details on this.
