For cars sold from 2030, emissions must be reduced by at least 45% compared to the level of 2019 65% from 2035 and 90% from 2040, still relative to 2019 levels.

The text also states what will happen allowances provided for vehicles produced in small quantities for mining, forestry and agricultural purposes, for vehicles of the armed forces and fire departments, ambulances and medical vehicles, or for trucks intended for garbage collection.
