Volvo Select is a used car label from a Swedish manufacturer: selected vehicles pass over 160 checkpoints, and serviced with original spare parts. They also benefit from the latest software updates and are closer to factory Volvo requirements.
To meet the expectations of a highly constrained market, the Volvo Selekt label will evolve to now cover used Volvo models up to 10 years coming of age and traveling to 150,000 kmwhile offering additional guarantees to provide greater peace of mind to our customers.
Volvo Selekt: wide coverage
In the current context, car manufacturers are facing a growing demand for used vehicles. In order to meet the demands of its customers and at the same time offer the highest level of service, Volvo Car France will rebrand Volvo Selekt.
Launched in 2010, Volvo Selekt currently covers used Volvos up to 5 years old and 120,000 km. From now on, the Swedish brand’s VO label will also include used Volvos under 10 years old and 150,000 km, offering additional warranties.
Indeed, vehicles under 2 years old and all Volvo Selekt certified 100% electric models are eligible Warranty 24 months. For used models older than 2 years, the Volvo Selekt label includes a limited warranty of 12 months.
Volvo Selekt: satisfied or exchanged
Used Volvo Selekt models also benefit from the same levelhelp than a new Volvo. For example, customers of a 100% electric model with the Volvo Selekt label can use the service of towing their car to a charging station within 80 km and a maximum of twice a year. With this service, Volvo wants to support its customers in the direction of electric mobility and reassure them in the event that the battery “runs dry” without being able to recharge their electric vehicle.
Volvo Selekt also offers a “satisfied or exchange” guarantee: if the customer is not satisfied with his used car, he can ask to exchange within 30 days, within 1500 km.
A dedicated website allows you to choose from all Volvo Selekt used cars offered in the brand’s network. Customers will find all important information for their purchase, such as mileage, CO2 emissions, as well as at least 15 detailed photos. Bids are shown in cash or as rent, and the tool allows you to estimate the value of the used car at the time of trade-in.
